The resort looks like an animated version of the REAL thing. You can see a fun Mardi Gras theme within the resort as well as a unique dragon themed swimming pool and a various playful 'gator statues playing different instruments.
 
The rooms throughout the resort portray the French Quarter architecture with a balcony overlooking the streets of the resort.  Running along side the resort is the river from Riverside where you can take a ferry boat into Downtown Disney.  You can also request a river view room which is an incredible sight to wake up to in the mornings!
