Disney's Magic Kingdom Park is the oldest and most popular park at Disney World. Most of Disney's classic attractions are located right here!
Once you enter into Magic Kingdom you find yourself in Main Street, U.S.A. where it is setup like a small American town. There are several shops to choose from and straight ahead you can see the beautiful Cinderella's Castle.
Jungle Cruise
This is a boat ride safari taking you through the jungles of the world. No need to worry, the animals are fake, but sound and move like they are real. Your tour guide will make the ride fun and interesting with corny jokes.
Pirates of the Caribbean
You can take a boat ride through the world of pirates. The ride is dark and cool so it's a great place to just relax and enjoy the displays. They recently added a new feature: Captain Jack Sparrow!
Enchanted Tiki Room
This is a show featuring Aladdin's Zazu and the Lion King's Iago. The show is cute and fun and a great place to sit and take a break especially for the little ones.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
This is a great ride for the younger ones. You can board on a 4-seater magic carpet and fly around Genie's magic lamp! You can also control your magic carpet: the front row controls up and down movement while the back row controls the tilting of the carpet.
Swiss Family Treehouse
Climb into the Robinson Treehouse and take a tour while you notice the amazing detail. There is a lot of climbing involved so if you may have problems, then you might want to pass on this attraction.
Frontierland
Big Thunder Mountain
If you want a thrill, you should aboard this railroad which based on the gold rush times. For a greater thrill you might want to consider sitting in the back.
Splash Mountain
One of the main attractions of Magic Kingdom is this famous water ride. The ride is themed after the movie "Song of the South." The ride takes you up the mountain as the fox and the bear try to catch the rabbit when you're surprised with a steep splash!
Country Bear Jamboree
Experience your country side during this show. Yo'll be entertained as you watch several audio-animatronic grizzly bears perform a hoe-down. Get ready to clap your hands and have fun!
Tom Sawyer Island
Only accessible via raft, you can find yourself on this island to take a break from the Magic Kingdom madness or maybe even have a picnic. It is a great place for the adults to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere while the kids have fun playing in the island's playground.
Liberty Square
The Haunted Mansion
Enter if you dare into this mansion. Once in, you board a buggy and take a tour through mansion that is haunted. You will appreciate the special effects throughout the tour, but the children might need a flashlight to get through the particularly darker scenes.
Liberty Square Riverboat
You can take a tour and travel the river on this old-fashioned riverboat. The ride is not much of a thriller but you can appreciate the scenery.
Hall of Presidents
The 700-seat theater presents a show focusing on the American history and the important leaders that helped to make America what it is now. The show is great for those who have a great interest in the American history.
Fantasyland
Ariel's Grotto
Meet Ariel and let the kids cool off in this fun water playground. You can find this attraction behind the Dumbo ride.
Mickey's PhillarMagic
Watch Donald steal Mickey's show in this amazing 3-D show. It will have you laughing and amused from beginning to end. I don't want to ruin it by giving away details, but this is definately a MUST SEE!
It's a Small World
This is another one of Disney World's classic rides. The boat ride is appealing to all ages and is a great way to cool off and enjoy seeing the dolls from all around the world. Be warned, the song "It's a Small World" is a very catchy tune so after standing in the long line and going through the world tour of dolls, you'll have that song stuck in your head all day long!
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
This is another one of Disney World's classic rides. The little ones will love to join Dumbo as he flies in circles, up and down!
Peter Pan's Flight
Go on an adventure with Peter Pan from London to Neverland. You'll even get to see Captain Hook along the way!
Snow White's Scary Adventures
Ride through a 3-minute summary of Snow White's story from the bad to the good with a happy ending. The scary scenes may be too much for the little ones so keep that in mind when riding this ride.
Cinderella's Golden Carousel
The ride is a typical carousel ride that little children will enjoy. However, the theme is Cinderella so you ride on beautiful white horses while admiring painted scenes from Cinderella. The ride becomes beautiful to look at during the night when the carousel is lit up with many lights.
Mad Tea Party
Let the kids have a tea party with Alice from Alice in Wonderland. The ride spins a lot so those who get motion sickness should pass on this one.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Jump into the "Hunny Pot" and join the fun adventures of Pooh and friends! Winnie the Pooh fans will enjoy this ride.
Pooh's Playful Spot
Across from "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" is a playground for the kids to have fun, play, and be interactive. The playground is themed in a woods setting with water, logs, and a garden!
Mickey's Toontown Fair
The Barnstormer
This is pretty much a kiddy roller coaster aimed for the younger crowd wanting a thrill. The theme is that you are on Goofy's airplane when it goes out of control and there is your adventure!
Mickey's Country House
Mickey fans will love to take a tour through Mickey's country and see his way of living. There are so many fun things to look at and take pictures of. If your kids love Mickey, then they MUST SEE this!
Minnie's Country House
Next door to Mickey's house is a walking tour through the girlie Miss Minnie's house! It is more interactive and fun for the girls who love Minnie.
Donald's Boat
The children can play in and around Donald's boat named Miss Daisy. Water squirts from several places so the kids can get wet and cool off in the hot sun.
Toontown Hall of Fame
You can meet and greet your favorite Disney characters here. There are 3 lines: Disney princesses, Mickey's friends, and the Disney Villains! Kids will love getting autographs and hanging out with their favorite characters! A shop is also located here for those who would like some souvenirs.
Tomorrowland
Space Mountain
Although this futuristic ride is a little outdated, it is still one of the most popular rides of Magic Kingdom and it still has the futuristic theme to some extent. The ride is indoor in a dark setting resembling that of space and is a unique ride itself. You can't go to Magic Kingdom without experiencing Space Mountain!
Tomorrowland Transit Authority
You can cool off and take a break on this nice relaxing ride that takes you through some of Tomorrowland's attractions. The ride is not much of a thriller, but it is nice to know that you're on an energy-efficient ride that runs on a magnetic force. Now that's futuristic!
Tomorrowland Speedway
Take a 4-minute ride in a mini-sports car around the tomorrowland speedway.
Astro Oribiter
You can board your own rocket and fly into space. Take the elevator up and fly through and passed many planets and other rockets. This is especially fun for the kids and teenagers.
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Buzz needs your help to defeat Zurg. Have a seat in a 2-seater car and pull out your laser gun and shoot at "Z", as many as you can find. The more you shoot, the higher your score will be. It is a fun and interactive ride.
Carousel of Progress
Travel through history when you sit in this theater that takes you around 6 stages focusing on the changes and improvements of technology since the early 1900's. This attraction is for those you will generally appreciate history. The younger audience may not enjoy the presentation as much as the adults.
Stitch's Great Escape
Take a ride and watch Stitch go out of control. He has escaped and you have to try to keep him under control. Good luck!
The Laugh Floor Comedy Club
New this Spring is this comedy club featuring Monsters, Inc.'s Mike Wazowski who is trying to gather up as many laughs as possible for electricity in Monstropolis. So be prepared laugh your heads off!
Wishes - A night-time spectacular
In our opinion, the BEST finale show Walt Disney World has to offer. Submerge into story while lights, music, and fireworks all coreographed together create this unique experience.
